Assistant Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Supervisor

Job description:
  • Supervise a warehouse team.
  • Plan and monitor overall group business day to day warehouses operation
  • To ensure work processes are in compliance with documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
  • Contribute to process optimization and ensure efficiency in warehouse operations.
  • Work closely and have excellent communications with other departments.
  • Mentor to develop, train, and coach and exit interview processes of personnel
  • Liaise with all suppliers & vendors to review quotations, material quality and Inventory control.
  • Develop logistics solution and propose services with pricing.
  • Prepare cost analysis and pricing for new business proposals.
  • Preparation of operating budget and control operating costs.
  • Evaluate service levels, review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and establish and execute action Monitor and track all warehouse, transportation and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities using computerized systems and other technologies.
 
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma or above in Logistics Management or relevant.
  • Minimum at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory or 1-2 years of managerial positions in 3PL environment.
  • Able to operate Forklift in compliance with OSHA
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and communications skills with all levels.
  •  Ability to work under stressful and fast-paced environment, capable of handling situational problem.
  • Self-motivated and result orientated, energetic and full of drive.
