Project Manager
(Deg/2-3yrs exp/Process Automation)
 
Job description:
  • Responsible for the engineering performance of all process automation projects in ASEAN.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance field sales efforts plus results in more accurate sales orders and order entry.
  • Ensures all Engineers and staff adhere to established standards, processes and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement and leverage of best practices in project management.
  • Understands and assures quality standards are met on all projects.
  • Drives the use of project document control and management.
  • Analyzing of projects requirements and provide technical solutions based on customer inquiry.
  • Identifies Project Management personnel issues such as quality of personnel, need for additional staff or organizational changes.
  • Maintains the quality and environmental process related to process automation products and ensures that staff adheres to the ISO9000 and ISO 14000 standards
  • Hold regular meeting with sales and project teams
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2-3years of management experience in technical support/project management in the process automation industry
  • Working knowledge in process valve automation, process instrumentation and control panel integration.
  • Must have experience in leading Process Automation projects
  • Knowledge in P&ID and 3D mechanical design software
