HR Admin

Job description:

• Handle day-to-day HR administrative work.
• Assist in attending to enquiries both internally and externally.
• Manage, follow up and complete the process for partial recruitment matters including on boarding arrangements and exit interviews.
• Ensure all files and data are up to date and recorded in an orderly manner.
• Attend to daily employees enquiries and assist on benefits administration.
• Responsible for ordering and purchasing office supplies when stocks are running low.
• Participate actively in programs / activities planning according to company goals and objectives.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managers.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR field is highly preferred.
• Good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team player in the fast pace environment.
• Candidates without experience, studied in HR are welcomed to apply.
