Operations Assistant
(N Level/ 1 yr Exp/ Administration)
 
Job description:
  • Review and post daily sales into system and ensure daily sales receipts are properly accounted for.
  • Issue Invoices and generate sales reports for reporting to management.
  • Ensure traceability of all sales documents for audit purposes
  • Monitor payments and follow up customer on outstanding balance
  • Support operation team on enquiries and requests.
  • Work closely with Finance & Sales Team.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE “N/O” level, NTC or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Basic knowledge on accounting is advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Word and Excel.

Technical Administrator
(Diploma/2-3yrs exp/oil&gas/spare parts)
 
Job description:
  • Liaising closely with customers on components requirement
  • Quotations Preparation
  • Process PO to suppliers and generate invoices and delivery orders
  • Co-ordinate with store personnel on spare parts picking and packing requirement
  • Update delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of spare parts
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing shipment
  • Handle clearance of incoming shipment and outgoing shipment
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any field, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years of administrative work and customer service support experience in manufacturing environment
  • Pleasant, good communication skills and service oriented
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
