Customer Service Manager
(Degree/3-4yrs exp/Natural Gas)
 
Job description:
  • Daily management of the Customer Service support function with the business unit
  • Process orders from customers and orders for regional warehouses
  • Work with production planner and advise delivery date to customer and our regional sales personnel.
  • Monitor order processing status and ensure that orders are processed within the time frame.
  • Liaise with shipping personnel to ensure on time delivery of customers’ orders
  • Chair weekly customer order meetings.  Communicate customer needs and expectation to the manufacturing team.
  • Oversee all customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.
  • Responsible for sales updates and revenue and report to management weekly on the current month sales revenue projection and on-time delivery.
  • Work with product managers to provide monthly sales forecasts.
  • Trace ordering pattern by working with finance analyst and country managers and proactively advice management on changes in order patterns.
  • Oversee all sales contracts and administer product pricing and promotions.
  • Monitor administration of sales contracts.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent
  • At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in the instrumentation/natural gas industry
  • Knowledge in trading processes and terms
  • Strong communication and customer service oriented skills
