Job description:
  • Receives, logs, and assigns a priority to all Requests for Change (RFCs).
  • Ensures incoming RFCs contain the appropriate documentation and implementation steps and that the necessary approvals have been obtained.
  • Assigns approved RFCs to the appropriate department/team for completion.
  • Liaises with all necessary internal and external parties to coordinate change building, testing, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Reviews implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives. Analyzes change records to find trends. Liaises with the Quality Assurance team to review changes that failed or were blacked-out.
  • Reviews all outstanding RFCs.
  • Produces regular management reports.
  • Perform Incident Management
  • Disaster Recovery Design, Planning, Deployment, & execution of tests
  • Work with Vendors for Hardware/Software quotes and get VP approvals
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 -2 years of relevant experience in CRM
  • Proficient in Windows and MS office
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Must have experience in ticker tools
