Production Trainer
(N Level/Engineering/1 yr exp)
 
Job description:
  • Conduct training sessions for the new engineers
  • Conduct orientation sessions for the new engineers during induction period
  • Ensure new engineers are well equipped with the proper working knowledge before sending them to start work
  • Observe and monitor the new engineers to report to the Supervisor on their performance
  • Work closely with the production team to get the latest production knowledge
  • Conduct refresher training to re-certify existing engineers’ skill set
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N level / O level / Nitec or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 year experience as a production trainer
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work shift if needed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
