Global Product Manager
(Deg / 4-5 yrs exp/ AC Drive)
 
Job description:

• Achieving profitable growth for the business, product strategy definition, requirements analysis, generate business plan, pricing, forecasting, competitive analysis, product launches, service level requirement
• Development of business plans, managing lifecycles, Lead new product definition
• Monitor market in terms of Customers buying trends and Competition, thus establishing product positioning and pricing strategies. Preparation of competitor matrix and report by monitoring competitor activities
• Study market trends and conduct market research on consumer buying trends and to specify feature content for new products
• Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization, feature content for new products
• Frequently interact with subordinate, supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers,
• Achieve departmental objectives through optimizing resources to meet schedules and goals.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Business or Engineering field
• At least 4 - 5 years of relevant product management experience in a managerial role.
• Must have sales/ commercial experience and knowledge about the automation industry.
• Industry knowledge with sales experience in AC drive background is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills and good with numbers
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• An excellent leader and a good team player as well.
• Proficiency in Ms excel is a must
