Job description:
  • Ability to develop technical specification and structural analysis
  • Liaise with other sections on all related engineering matters and operational activities at the shipyard
  • Support in conducting training to rig technicians and other related systems
 
Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Marine and Offshore industry is highly preferred
  • Willing to travel given a short notice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Review and verify the technical specification, technical content of the inspection Reports with company clients and government regulatory board
  • To review, analyses and perform engineering calculations and designs
  • Engage with clients, vendors and regulatory board to understand the requirement in order to improve the engineering design
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Marine and offshore industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Excellent in Microsoft office and well verse of AutoCad
  • Prior knowledge of all drilling equipment and drilling system on drilling rigs and offshore vessels is preferred

Structural Engineer

Job description:
  • Review and verify the technical specification, technical content in accordance with the regulatory requirements
  • Engage with Contractors to trouble-shoot any technical issues and ensure the work is on time schedule
  • Liaise with several sections in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil & structural works
  • In charge of any alteration and amendment works to relevant facilities
  • Review and evaluate structural Analysis, lading calculation
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Prior relevant experience in Civil and Structural works in a shipyard is highly preferred
  • Excel in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
