Assistant Production Planner
(Dip/1yr exp/Manufacturing)
 
Job description:
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity
  • Plan and schedule workflow for each production department
  • Optimize, plan capacity and flow of work
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules
  • Prepare alternate month-end inventory closing
  • Posting of all batch tickets/product labels on a daily basis for production goods
  • Follow up on raw material ordering
  • Oversee the inventory of consumable stores
  • Assist in inventory counting and closing accounts during stock take
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of production control experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous, multitask, organized and adopt a careful work approach
  • Team player with a positive work attitude

QA Technician
(NiTEC/2 yrs exp/Quality Inspection)
 
Job description:
  • Responsible for conducting product inspections and sampling test
  • Responsible for filing and maintaining of inspection records
  • Responsible for preparing of defect rectification notes
  • Responsible for working with the respective parties to resolve on the technical and quality issues
  • Responsible for providing feedbacks and supports to engineers on inspection results/issues
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum NiTEC in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant quality inspection experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience in using various instruments for quality inspection
  • Ability to understand technical drawings GD&T
  • Good analytical skills and meticulous for details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
