Job description:
  • Managing training and recruitment process to ensure smooth process.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to manage budget, detailed plans and goals on the activities planned.
  • Overseeing the facility management and operation.
  • Developing new worksites for training and employment opportunities together with Senior Management.
  • Developing and maintaining new projects and partnership for the company.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing business process and community projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong in communication with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead a team and prioritize workload.

Programme Manager

Job description:
  • Overall responsibility for the smooth operation and administrative functions of the department.
  • Liaison with the Programme Leader on the operations and students’ matters, and partnership of the programme.
  • Strategic planning and development for the operations of the programme to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Responsible and ensure student’s welfare and requests are given and resolved on time.
  • Preparation of reports for meetings pertaining to progression tracking.
  • Communicate with parents, government and external partners regularly and when needed.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 – 6 years of relevant experience with leadership skills handling operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and ability to work in the fast paced environment.
