Area Manager/Operation Manager
(3-5yrs exp/Luxury Retail/Islandwide)
 
Job description:
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of boutiques and/or departmental store counters.
  • Responsible for sales target/achievement of the stores and/or boutiques under her/his charge.
  • Actively engage with top spending customers through top notch personal service, and building up of customer base through CRM and Footfall strategies.
  • Manage manpower deployment with HR to deploy staff effectively.
  • In charge of identifying new retail opportunities for the Company.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail industry
  • Strong leadership and planning skills to lead boutique staff
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Retail Operations Manager
(Diploma / 3 year exp / Boutiques)
 
Job description:
  • Manage operations the retail boutiques of various locations.
  • Developing sales strategies and motivate retails shops to work as a team to meet shop operation KPI.
  • Set KPI for motivate staffs towards the common direction to achieve goals settings.
  • Managing sales performance and reporting sales figure to management during meetings.
  • Analyse the product’s popularity and profitability.
  • Visiting boutiques to ensure shop’s image is meeting expectations.
  • Audit operational processes and identify the opportunities for business growth.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Retail Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as shop manager in FMCG / Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and have strong time management.
