Job description:
  • Take part in a dynamic in-house engineering team responsible for the operation and maintenance, modification and replacement works of the buildings and M&E Services
  • Responsible for all maintenance, installation and commissioning of mechanical work
  • Implement and manage cyclical and improvement projects, and ensure operational effectiveness in terms of cost, time, safety and quality.
  • Take part in the management support team to streamline work procedures, plan and review targets / operational guidelines
  • Conduct internal quality audits to ensure the processes comply with standards and requirements
  • Review and improve the work processes
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in supervisor/management role.
  • Familiar with ACMV, AHU, AHS, chiller, fire alarm and fire protection systems, etc
  • Pleasant, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and work independently

Senior/Technical Executive

Job description:
  • Supervise and monitor technicians for Minor Works, Maintenance, Servicing & Repair of Existing Electrical Installations for safe and quality works.
  • Assist in conducting security solutions planning for various types of facilities
  • Assist Manager in conducting technical & safety analysis & investigations.
  • Assist Engineer in planning and carrying out routine maintenance and inspection of port equipment
  • Troubleshoot the electrical and mechanical system of the equipment
  • Prepare specifications and drawings for calling of quotations for spare parts or repairs
  • Prepare security system drawings, specifications, and other technical information as required for different types of facilities
  • Coordinate with other specialist consultants in different fields, as required in projects
  • Assist in management, recommendation and supervision of implementation of security projects for different types of facilities and improvement works.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum NTC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Facilities or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 3 years relevant experience
  • An advantage to possess FSM Certificate.
  • Able to work under tight datelines and schedules

Job description:
  • Responsible for facilities and work environment maintenance of the premises.
  • Perform routine prevention maintenance checks, health & fire safety matters, overseeing general cleanliness, pest control and landscaping.
  • Lead a team of technicians to provide and perform maintenance services (Cleaning, Landscaping and etc) at the estate
  • Supervise and coordinate works with appointed vendors, suppliers, subcontractor in relation to facilities management and improvement works
