Job description:
  • Supporting business users to gather and document requirements and develop use cases. Deliver technical design for the solution to be developed.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to multiple issues and requests of varying nature.
  • Provide hands-on support and supplementary training support as needed.
  • Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams and procedures within a technical design document for existing and proposed applications and system integration.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders including End-Users, Project Managers, Software Engineers, Business System Analyst and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of projects.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 -3 years of relevant experience in support Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Finance module
  • Must have experience in full implementation of projects, from start to Go live
  • Good analytical and communication skills

IT Internal Auditor

Job description:
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Internal Audit, your scope will be primarily IT audits but will also work closely with non-IT colleagues within the Department for projects
  • Conduct IT audits and assessing IT risks and controls over the Company’s IT systems to ensure that compliance with Company’s security policies and internal control procedures. These audits include technical reviews (including operating systems, databases and applications), general computer control reviews, business process / application controls reviews, data centre reviews, infrastructure and network security reviews.
  • Follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 -4 years of relevant experience in conduction IT audit at end user environment
  • Must have SOX experience
  • Must have CISA
  • Willing to travel

  • Responsible for production support on Oracle ERP
  • Responsible for working with internal customers to program coding
  • Responsible for developing programming codes for multiple modules
  • Responsible for maintaining technical architecture and softwares development to ensure systems are up to date
  • Responsible for participating in impact analysis, researches and feasibilities studies
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant Oracle ERP implementation experience in manufacturing industries
  • Must have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Experience in various programming languages and TradeSphere is preferred
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
