Senior/HR Executive
(2-4yrs exp/Timesoft/Dip)
 
Job description:
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR including administrative support of the followings;
  • Responsible for staff benefits administration.
  • Preparation of service agreement letters and HR reports
  • Designing new hire salary proposal, benchmarking against market and internal equity
  • Responsible for reviewing and developing HR processes and policies
  • Responsible for administration of staff handbook including any updates
  • Assisting in planning events and staff dinners
  • Conduct Orientation and Exit interviews
  • Handle payroll using timesoft system
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 to 4 years or relevant experience in providing full spectrum of HR functions
  • Good knowledge of MOM, CPF and Income Tax Regulation
  • Must have experience in Timesoft payroll system
