Finance Assistant / Executive
(N Level – 1yr Exp/ Diploma – No Exp/ AP & AR)
 
Job description:
  • Assist in expense management including verify and process supplier invoices, claims, travel expenses etc
  • Assist in month-end closing/reports, post journal entries, accruals, monthly bank reconciliation and GST return etc
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
  • Maintain and assist on monthly billing to customer
  • Prepare statements of account
  • Maintain proper and accurate file records
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE N/O/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Candidate with GCE N/O Level must have at least 1 -2 years of AR and AP experience
  • Diploma graduates with No Experience are welcome to apply
  • Meticulous, organized and detailed-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
