Property/Facilities/Building Manager
(3-4 years exp/Diploma/Degree/FSM)
 
Job description:
  • Managing facilities/property daily operational activities
  • Leading technical teams in installation, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • Budgeting and managing facilities/properties expenses
  • Managing customer relations and business operation processes
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures and good practices to accomplish desired business goals
  • Able to liaise and co-ordinate with Consultant, relevant Authority agency, Client and contractors.
  • Oversee and improve both internal and external operation systems.
  • Ensure equipment are well maintained and serviced.
  • Oversee renovation and maintenance works.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Building/Real Estate/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience
  • Candidates with FSM is highly preferred
  • Experience in data centre environment is an advantage
  • Must have experience in building and facilities maintenance and system
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Able to start work in short notice
