Quality Assurance Engineer
(Dip/ 3yr Exp/ ISO 9001/ Regional)
 
Job description:
  • Ensure that processes in regional locations are in full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and close gaps through constant monitoring of processes and work instructions at all levels of the each organisation to ensure that the production operates at an optimum level.
  • Recommend and drive quality improvements through in-depth study of identified processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan.
  • Organize and provide regional Quality related training and workshops to the employees regularly.
  • Execute other quality related projects assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with in-depth knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system. 
  • Experienced as a Trainer in Quality Improvement Skills is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven individual with keen technical ability, detail-orientated, excellent problem solving skills, positive attitude and strong team player.

Job description:
  • Designing and interpreting of mechanical engineering drawings
  • Responsible for understanding of various design codes and standards
  • Provide engineering support to internal customers
  • Involve in Cost reduction programs
  • Support RFQ proposal, documentation for manual, ECN, work instruction, specification and test plan.
  • Responsible for project co-ordinating and project timeline control
  • Other duties as assigned by superior or managements
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
  • Must have experience in mechanical designing software applications (AutoCAD, 3D modelling, CadWorx, etc.)
