Job description:
  • Monitor and generate accurate billings of all billable deliveries
  • Handle insurance claims whenever necessary
  • Advise internal/external customers at timely basis pertaining to the delivery schedule
  • Liaise closely with vendors and freight forwarders to arrange cost effective shipment
  • Monitoring of all incoming shipments to ensure prompt clearance
  • L/C negotiation
  • Involve in evaluating and interpreting all Asia Pacific government Export and Import regulations
  • Ensure compliance to all shipping regulations
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Business Management/Shipping/Logistic or equivalent
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in shipping commercial terms
