Job description:
  • Retail planning and strategizing to maintain the optimal tenancy mix for the mall
  • Negotiate leases and handle all tenancy documents
  • Attend to tenancy-related matters, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
  • Preparing of rental budgets and cash flow
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in retail or F&B industries
  • Candidates with good contacts in retail industries are highly preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Logistic/Warehouse Supervisor
(2-3yrs exp/Forklift License)
 
Job description:
  • Supervising warehouse operations, including deployment of men and equipment, inventory management and administrative functions.
  • Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from Customers.
  • Lead, develop and supervise a team of workers to support the activities of the company.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements.
  • Assure safe operating conditions and safe practices adherence.
  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
  • Organize and supervise the outbound shipments to offsite warehouses and/or customer orders.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed timely for inventory accuracy
  • Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O level/Diploma in Logistic or equivalent
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have a forklift license and class 3 driving license
