Business Analyst
(Manufacturing/Supply Chain/JDE/2-3yrs exp)
 
Job description:
  • Provide technical support to Operations department
  • System Analysis, Design and documentation
  • Generate report, extract SQL data from ERP system to support Planning, QA and Warehouse
  • Analyse and troubleshoot system error for Production Control, Customer Service and Warehouse
  • Support cross department projects and enhancement projects to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • System set up and testing
  • Liaise with Corporate ERP team to resolve issues
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent
  • Familiar with Supply Chain and Manufacturing industries
  • Prior experience in Semiconductor industry preferred
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in JDE and SQL
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

Senior Business Analyst
(Oracle/Planning/Purchasing/Operation/3-5yrs exp)
 
Job description:
  • Streamline and customize in new and existing reports across each APAC countries, transformation all these into functional specifications
  • Oversee daily functional and operational meetings, discussions and enquiries raised by team members for each APAC countries
  • Provide leadership expertise and guidance around the Material planning and purchasing models of all the APAC sites.
  • Work closely with global business partners to lead and deliver new solutions, refine and enhance existing processes, and establish effective user requirements and reporting mechanisms.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Material Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5year relevant experience
  • Prior working experience in MMC environment is highly preferred
  • Excel in Oracle and/or knowledge of Planning/Purchasing/Operation is highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
