Accounts Assistant / Officer
(Dip/1 year exp/No experience welcomed)
 
Job description:

• Managing day-to-day operation of the accounts functions, expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters.
• Check invoices and vouchers against POs and before entering invoices into the system.
• Assist in month/year-end management reporting, variances analysis and fixed asset register.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and cash sales for external and internal reporting.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

 
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts preferred.
• Able to work independently and adapt to fast pace environment.
• MUST be proficient in MS Excel
• Candidate without experience are welcomed. Training provided.
